Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Royal Financial Trading website and seller portal (the "Service"). By registering an account, signing in, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is intended for professional precious metals traders, refineries, bullion dealers, and institutional sellers. You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter contracts, and authorised to act on behalf of any business you represent.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and seller onboarding, and to keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may sign in using Google; you remain responsible for keeping your Google account secure.

To qualify as a seller you must complete our AI-assisted KYC process, which includes identity, corporate registry, and precious metal / assay licence verification. You confirm that all documents you upload are genuine and that you are authorised to provide them. We may reject, suspend, or revoke qualification at our discretion based on compliance and risk assessment.

Price quotes generated by the Service are indicative, AI-derived, and valid for 24 hours from issuance unless otherwise stated. They are based on prevailing spot prices, metal form, purity, and market conditions, and are subject to physical assay and final settlement. A quote is not a binding offer until both parties agree in writing.

Any transaction arising from a quote is governed by a separate written agreement that supersedes these Terms for that transaction. Settlement terms, assay requirements, and payment methods will be specified in that agreement. Royal Financial is not a custodian of your metal and does not hold client funds outside of an agreed transaction.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, forged, or misleading documents or information.
• Use the Service for money laundering, sanctions evasion, or any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access data, accounts, or systems you are not authorised to access.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service or its AI models.
• Misrepresent quotes or market data provided by the Service.

We report suspicious activity to the relevant Hong Kong authorities as required by law.

Fees for quotes, consultations, or transactions, if any, will be disclosed before you commit. Unless stated otherwise, indicative quotes and market intelligence are provided without charge.

The Service, including its AI analysis, pricing methodology, branding, and content, is owned by Royal Financial and its licensors. You receive no rights except a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. Quotes and insights are for your own use and may not be redistributed commercially.

Market data, prices, and AI analysis are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. Spot prices may be delayed or indicative, and we make no warranty as to their accuracy or completeness.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Royal Financial is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profit or opportunity arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any quote or insight. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding 12 months in connection with the claim, or, if none, to a reasonable amount as determined by us.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail KYC, or pose a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk. Upon termination, surviving provisions (including liability and IP) continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising from them will be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong, without prejudice to Royal Financial's right to seek injunctive relief in any competent jurisdiction.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
